We regularly receive testimonials, many are posted under the home details, but the following is a tribute to the efforts made by all the Homesearch staff who work with our rental program.

Thank you Pat (Pat Vanarsdale is our rental manager based in Florida) for the prompt return of the deposit. We did some travelling and visiting of friends on our return to Ontario and just returned home last evening. Let me respond with a few email comments rather than complete the feedback form, if that is appropriate.
 
Thank you for the excellent service of your company. We would give it a very high rating. I would personally commend you for the great service you provided from the first stages of rental to the provision of this receipt. You consistently provided prompt, courteous and concise assistance and information, and we were never left wondering or questioning our decision.
 
The house was excellent, providing a great setting for us as 3 couples. There was lots of room; the pool, jacuzzi and lanai area provided a wonderful area to eat, relax, swim and we spent a significant amount of time out there. We also greatly enjoyed the fact of the large sliding doors from the house into the lanai. (The fact of having overall warm weather was a real bonus. The 3 days following was much colder) We found the house very clean, with all we needed for dishes, barbequing, towels etc. (Just a suggestion that a standard garbage bag be provided for the garbage container in the kitchen)

Although we did not have little kids, the fact of the "fence" for around the pool made it a very attractive possibility for the future as we would love to bring our kids and grandkids down.

We found the location to be wonderful. The street was quiet with few cars, there was no noise from neighbours, we appreciated the use of the bikes, and loved the fact that golf and tennis was so accessible. We also found that there was a great variety of beaches within very accessible distances as well. Access to ball games for the Rays was a neat bonus. The reality is that there is way too much to do in one week and we are seriously considering returning in the future for 2-4 weeks. (There are a number of things in the area that we did not get to do or see)

You provided excellent material before arrival, in terms of directions, info regarding key, and details about the area. This was helpful for planning. It was good to have the photocopied map before arrival, however, we found the map of the area that you gave as when we met at your office to be much more helpful. Possibly a copy of this could be left at the house for each renter.
 
Thanks again for your service. We greatly appreciated your work and the opportunity to spend a week there. We are keeping your information on file and hope to be able to return in the future.
