There is a $120 additional fee towards the cost of a prep and final clean BBQ usage is FREE and includes one full tank of gas. Refills are chargeable at a rate of $25.00 per refill
Optional electric pool heat $15 per night
A Stay of less than 7 nights attracts a $60 additional cleaning fee
Golf Scoop
Play unlimited golf on 4 of the Rotonda courses and only pay for optional golf cart hire (Limited to 2 named adults and up to 2 children under the age of 14, each accompanied by a playing adult)
Terms
There is a $50 admin fee on all Golf Scoop Bookings
In high season, there is a player fee of $50 per person, per week

In low season April 10 - December 17, 2010 there is no player fee

Had a fabulous time! The house was very spacious and comfortable. The weather at Christmas was also great - high 70's, low 80's. The pool was certainly well used by the kids. Love to come back soon.

We flew here from Japan to attend our dear friend's wedding. We enjoyed thoroughly our stay at this absolutely beautiful home. It was quite refreshing to swim in the pool. As we sat by the window over breakfast, it was fascinating to watch the herons come by.
We will certainly tell our Japanese friends back home about this lovely place at Rotonda. The service provided here has been excellent. Thank you ever so much.
