This lovely home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. With generous, open plan and spacious accommodation, this popular home is south rear facing onto a fairway from the Pinemoor West golf course. The house is slightly screened from the course by a slim belt of pines.
Outside, guests can enjoy the electrically heated pool, or sip a drink while maybe enjoying watching the local wildlife. |

Golf Scoop
Play unlimited golf on 4 of the Rotonda courses and only pay for optional golf cart hire (The golf is limited to 2 named adults and up to 2 children under the age of 14, each accompanied by a playing adult)
Terms
There is a $50 admin fee on all Golf Scoop Bookings
In high season, there is a player fee of $50 per person, per week

What a great place for a vacation. When you are in the house, it offers everything you would want and the privacy is great. When you want to golf, eat out, go to the beach, a baseball game - it's all within a short drive. Joining my friends Jerry and Mike has been a great experience. I think there used to be a TV program with a title that says it all "The Life of Riley"...

Let me start by stating that the home we rented, "the Fairway" on Rontonda circle was a beautiful home, comfortably furnished, and in top notch condition. The service I received from your representative, Ms. Dee Dukes, was prompt, courteous, professional and friendly. My wife, our two children, and I could not have been more pleased. Facilities like gas, groceries and shops of all kinds were very close by and of good quality. Beaches were minutes away; and the golf package you provided was an extremely good value. The courses were very well maintained and staffed. The screened pool and Lanai area overlooking the golf course was used by each of us everyday we were there. The weather was terrific. I would highly recommend the home and your company to anyone.

We had a great time in this lovely home. The pool was wonderful, and the baby barrier worked out great, we had our little grandson visit us and we didn't have to worry.We enjoyed ourselves so much that we hope we can return next year.
