All rates are including 12% tax for 7 nights or more
There is a $120 additional fee towards the cost of a final clean and BBQ usage which includes one free replacement tank of gas if required
Optional electric pool heat $15 per night
A Stay of less than 7 nights attracts a $60 prep charge
Golf Scoop
Play unlimited golf on 4 of the Rotonda courses and only pay for optional golf cart hire
Terms
There is a $50 admin fee on all Golf Scoop Bookings
In high season, there is a player fee of $50 per person, per week
December 2008 - April 11, 2009 (Max 2 guests)
In low season April 05 - December 19, 2008 there is no player fee
Villa Barbara is one of 3 homes adjacent to each other which between them can accommodate 20 people!

Another wonderful Florida holiday and Villa Barbara was fantastic. Everything one could wish for was provided and the pool and jacuzzi gave us hours of fun. Such a lovely part of Florida and the wild life and boat trips were very special. We will definitely be back - as soon as possible.

We had a fantastic time in Villa Barbara, the photos on the website didn't do it justice. We normally stay in a hotel for the beach part of our holiday and we've stayed at some lovely hotels, but didn't miss them at all. Definitely would love to return. Really gorgeous and well equipped place.

Another lovely holiday in Florida. Really lovely house, loved the black and gold decor - very sophisticated! The giraffes and safari pictures were so nice, I wanted some! Lovely spacious floor plan, great vacation home, certianly would love to stay in this home again.
Rotonda is such a special place and we come back year after year. We had a great time boating, playing on the beach, shopping at Fisherman's Village and the pool was used every day, thank you so much!

What a vacation. Excellent location near some of the most beautiful beaches. Thanks Dee for the great tip on that special beach on Boca Grande! this is our 4th house rental and by far the best. The service and information Homesearch Overseas provided was by far the best we've experienced. Thanks to Marilyn for all your help and awesome service. Our entire family enjoyed the beautiful pool and lanai area, especially our two chidlren Isabella dn Matteo1 We'd love to come back to Villa Barbara!

Really gorgeous and well equipped place. Had a lovely meal at Cap 'n Cowboy on your recommendation. Quite a drive, but well worth it. Only disappointment was we didn't see any Alligators!
