In addition to being very beautiful the home, pool, house and pool furnishings, and decorations are extremely comfortable. The wireless computer set connection is a welcome addition not often found in rental homes. It saved me many trips to the Englewood library to use their network. The kitchen is the most completely equipped that we have experienced in our six years of renting in Rotonda.
In addition to being very satified with the house, Marilyn Down at your rental agency, Homesearch-Overseas and Hugh McGough at the local Florida office performed far beyond our expectations. He arranged the wireless computer log in code in a few hours, repaired the garage door opener right after I called and the management company provided a mail box in less than two days. They also restarted the pool heater, in less than an hour on a Saturday afternoon. Simply amazing service.
