SPECIAL 25% DISCOUNTED RATES APPLY
FOR 4+ WEEKS IN HIGH SEASON (Excluding January where a discount has already been applied) AND 15% IN LOW SEASON
All rates are including 12% tax for 7 nights or more
There is a $110 additional fee towards the cost of a final clean and BBQ usage which includes one free replacement tank of gas if required
Optional electric pool heat $15 per night
A Stay of less than 7 nights attracts a $60 prep charge
Golf Scoop
Play unlimited golf on 4 of the Rotonda courses and only pay for optional golf cart hire (Limited to 2 named adults and up to 2 children under the age of 14, each must be accompanied by a playing adult)
Terms
There is a $50 admin fee on all Golf Scoop Bookings
In high season, there is a player fee of $50 per person, per week
December 2009 - April 18, 2010 (Max 2 guests)
In low season April 10 - December 19, 2009 there is no player fee

Stump Pass Beach is lovely - as is Boca Grande on Gasparilla Island. Beaches tend to get busier around noon - so we would go in the morning and spend the afternoon by the Pool!
Restaurants: (tried others, these were our favorites)
Fishery in Placida
Cafe Galerie in Englewood
Harpoon Harry's in Punta Gorda (good/average food, but GREAT view)
Farlows on the Water in Englewood.
Also recommend a day trip to Sarasota. About an hour's drive. We enjoyed the Botanical Gardens and had a fantastic lunch at Tropical Thai Restaurant on Main Street.

The kids like it here better than home - they don't want to leave the pool. Thank you for allowing us to vacation with our family in your beautiful clean home. Very spacious to accomodate our very large and active family! Everyone was so very nice and helpful. We very much enjoyed all there was offered in this area of Florida - golfing, park, beaches, shopping, restaurants, weather and wildlife. Thank you for such wonderful memories.

Loved the house, everything was perfect. Hugh and Marilyn provided excellent service during the holiday, particularly when Tropical Storm Fay threatened to liven things up!!
We saw alligators and turtles in the creek and an armadillo in the front garden - an unexpected pleasure. We had a fabulous holiday and will not hesitate to recommend Homesearch

Another delightful vacation in a lovely home compliments of Homesearch. We thoroughly enjoyed this home - the layout and furnishing were cheery and bright. We hate to leave.
We enjoyed a visit from our daughter and son-in-law with our adorable 1st grandchild Lila (age 1). Her 1st plane ride, 1st trip to Florida, 1st heated pool (a bit scary at first). 1st alligator sighting and much more. We love the beaches of Boca Grande and Manasota Key! Liala . . not so much! She did not want to touch the sand! Maybe next time!

We've had a great holiday - played golf every day - usually mornings and then relaxed by the pool in the afternoon. Lovely house, real home from home for us with the addedd attraction of the visiting birds.
